Halloween - as Carlson - is a ghost wild, but nice :)

Once, when Kate was walking on a sidewalk, she saw a teen couple about the age of eighteen walking down the road. She passed them and said "Hello!," but they didn't reply. About four weeks later, she saw the same couple and greeted them with a "Hello" again. This time, they replied saying "Hi, Sweetie!" After about a month, Kate read an article about two teenagers who were beaten to death at a local barber shop. Pictured in the article was the couple she met on the sidewalk. At about 9:30 PM, Rate got a mail in the letterbox with no contact information. She opened the letter and it said "Hi, Sweetie!" 

Here's one I heard on the radio from a woman who told her story about seeing a ghost, which is scary: A few years ago, the woman and her family had just moved to a new house somewhere in NEW YORK. One night, her baby son was crying so she got out of bed and went to see him. Suddenly, the baby stopped crying. The woman knew that he must have fallen asleep so she went back to bed. A few hours later, the baby cried again, so she got up and went over to check again. As she opened the door to her son's room, she saw a boy, about 6 or 7 years old, calming the baby down. When he saw the woman, he disappeared. The woman was shocked and later told her neighbours what happened. The neighbours already knew about the ghost and told her that there was a boy who died from an illness, about 80 years ago, and was buried under the exact place where her baby son's room is.

Something interesting about Art

                       GRAPHICS

Graphics (in Greek - "I write, I draw") - is primarily a design and artistic printed works (engraving, lithography). It is based on the possibilities of creating an expressive art form through the use of different color lines, strokes and stains applied to the leaf surface.

Graphics preceded painting. At first, people learned to capture the shape and form of plastic objects, and then differentiate and reproduce the colors and shades. Mastering the color was a historical process: not all colors have been utilized once.

Specificity graphics - linear relationships. It, reproducing the shape of objects, passes them to light, the ratio of light and shadow, etc. Painting captures real world relationships of colors, in color and in color, it expresses the essence of objects, their aesthetic value, verifies their social purpose, their consistency or contradiction surrounding .

In the process of historical development in drawing and printmaking began to penetrate the color, and now refer to the chart and drawing with crayons - pastel, and colored engraving, painting water-colors, watercolor and gouache. In the various literature on art history, there are different points of views on the charts. Some sources: Graphics - a type of painting, and others - is a separate subspecies of the fine arts.

               What is ART?
                                                      

  To my mind, Art is our soul. It's something that people feel. 

Art is the product or process of deliberately arranging items in a way that influences and affects one or more of the senses, emotions, and intellect. It encompasses a diverse range of human activities, creations, and modes of expression, including music, literature, film, photography, sculpture, and paintings.

Art is made with the intention of stimulating thoughts and emotions. (Macmillian, English Dictionary)

The main purposes of Art:

1. Basic human instinct for harmony, balance, rhythm. Art at this level is not an action or an object, but an internal appreciation of balance and harmony (beauty), and therefore an aspect of being human beyond utility. 

 2. Experience of the mysterious. Art provides a way to experience one's self in relation to the universe. This experience may often come unmotivated, as one appreciates art, music or poetry.

3.Expression of the imagination. Art provide a means to express the imagination in non-grammatic ways that are not tied to the formality of spoken or written language. Unlike words, which come in sequences and each of which have a definite meaning, art provides a range of forms, symbols and ideas with meanings that are maleable.

4. Communication. Art, at its simplest, is a form of communication. As most forms of communication have an intent or goal directed toward another individual, this is a motivated purpose. Illustrative arts, such as scientific illustration, are a form of art as communication. Maps are another example. However, the content need not be scientific. Emotions, moods and feelings are also communicated through art.

5.Art as entertainment. Art may seek to bring about a particular emotion or mood, for the purpose of relaxing or entertaining the viewer. This is often the function of the art industries of Motion Pictures and Video Games. 

Art’s purpose depends on the type of art. Beautiful art exists to bring joy and beauty into our lives. Conceptual art exists to make you think. Some art is meant to be lived with and enjoyed for a lifetime. Some art is ephemeral and points to the passing of time.  

 

ITs – internet technologies in EFL teaching (short review)

Это не только новые технические средства, но и новые формы и методы преподавания, новый подход к процессу обучения. Основной целью обучения иностранным языкам является формирование и развитие коммуникативной культуры школьников, обучение практическому овладению иностранным языком.


Я уже успела ознакомиться со всеми, ниже описанными мной, программами. ИТ - это новое искусство, изобретение человечества! Развиваем себя...это требует окружение! 

Mixbook

Mixbook полезен как преподавателям, так и учащимся. Преподаватели могут разрабатывать с помощью этой программы различные методические пособия, краткие уроки и т.д. тем самым значительно разнообразить учебный процесс. Учащиеся могут выполнять различные творческие задания: создать альбом на тему «Что мне запомнилось этим летом» или «Моя семья» и т.д.

Мне безумно понравилось работать в Mixbook и мне кажется, что по возможности я буду создавать любые альбомы и на любые темы! Я хочу делать еще и еще… Я уже порекомендовала своим друзьям и родственникам Mixbook для того, чтобы они тоже почувствовали радость от собственного шедевра!

Mixbook имеет огромное количество возможностей. Это может быть отличным подарком для всех и на все случаи жизни!

Typewith.me

Мне было легко усвоить эту программу! Это интересное открытие Интернета! Я поняла, что это текст-хостинг, позволяющий создавать документ одновременно с другим человеком в режиме онлайн. Люди могут находиться в разных городах или даже странах, и могут печатать один и тот же документ вместе, для этого всего лишь нужно иметь доступ в интернет. Работа в этой программе проста и не требует, каких либо специальных умений и навыков. В Typewith.me есть форматирование текста. По окончанию работы можно опубликовать получившийся документ в виде веб-страницы, PDF и т.д. 

Также, с помощью этого сервиса можно проводить интервью, различные семинары, выполнять различные совместные задания. Так что я рекомендую всем попробовать проработать эту программу и я уверена, что вам это понравится также как и мне! Я прорабатывала Typewith.me с Юлей Петренко. Для нас это было очень весело)

Web-Quest

Как я поняла, это сайт в Интернете, с которым работают учащиеся, выполняя ту или иную учебную задачу. Разрабатываются такие веб-квесты для максимальной интеграции Интернета в различные учебные предметы на разных уровнях обучения в учебном процессе. Они охватывают отдельную проблему, учебный предмет, тему, могут быть и межпредметными. Особенностью образовательных веб-квестов является то, что часть или вся информация для самостоятельной или групповой работы учащихся с ним находится на различных веб-сайтах. Кроме того, результатом работы с веб-квестом является публикация работ учащихся в виде веб-страниц и веб-сайтов. Для меня было тяжело разобраться, что это такое и как работать в этой программе. Но я думаю, что это будет довольно интересно и познавательно для меня. Так что с нетерпением жду заданий по Web-Quest.

MOODLE (Modular Object Oriented Digital Learning Environment)

Модульная Объектно-Ориентированная Учебная Система MOODLE предназначена для управления обучением. К основным возможностям системы при разработке курса можно отнести: представление курсов в виде:

Календаря (для смешанной формы обучения), Форума (для коллективного обучения), Структуры (для самостоятельного  обучения);

возможность добавление элементов в курсы - Форум, Тетрадь, Тест, Ресурс, Глоссарий, Опрос, Анкета, Домашнее Задание и др.; 
 для Заданий могут определяться срок сдачи, максимальная оценка (студенты могут закачивать ответы на задание на сервер, где автоматически записывается время ответа);
создание тестов с различными видами вопросов (на соответствие, множественный выбор, вложенные ответы и т.д.), а также осуществлять импорт/экспорт; 
возможность внедрения медиаобъектов: аудио-, видеофайлы; просмотр результата тестирования; поддерживается импорт/экспорт файлов по международному стандарту SCORM и ряду стандартов описания тестов (GIFT, IMS QTI и др.);
 возможность организации интерактивного общения: форумы, чаты, телеконференции.
Учебные курсы, размещенные в системе Moodle, могут включать такие учебные материалы, как аннотации курсов, ресурсы, задания, темы обсуждений. 
Курсам могут сопоставляться специальные ключи, обеспечивающие ограниченный доступ к учебным материалам курса. Доступ к ним возможен только зарегистрированным пользователям. 
Также я выяснила, что система обеспечивает коммуникационное взаимодействие участников образовательного процесса, реализуемое в форме интернет-конференций – форумов, дискуссий, а также обмена посланиями, содержащими, в том числе, задания обучаемым, решения заданий и комментарии.

Меня очень заинтересовала система MOODLE. Работать в этой программе будет тяжело, но я с большим удовольствием попробую это летом.

Wikis

Wiki- веб-сайт, структуру и содержимое которого пользователи могут самостоятельно изменять с помощью инструментов, предоставляемых самим сайтом. Форматирование текста и вставка различных объектов в текст производится с использованием вики-разметки. Мне очень понравилось))) Работать в этой программе достаточно легко!

Mind Map

Mind Map (интеллект-карты) – очень красивый инструмент для решения таких задач, как проведение презентаций, принятие решений, планирование своего времени, запоминание больших объемов информации, проведение мозговых штурмов, самоанализ, разработка сложных проектов, собственное обучение, развитие, и многих других.

Интеллект-карты — это инструмент, позволяющий – эффективно структурировать и обрабатывать информацию, мыслить, используя весь свой творческий и интеллектуальный потенциал.

Меня заинтересовала эта программа и с её помощью я смогла создать Mind Map – Обучение монологической речи. Для меня это было совсем не сложно и достаточно легко и быстро!

A few words about me

Let me introduce myself!

From the very start I should say that it is not an easy thing to speak about myself as it is hard to have a look at yourself from aside, but at the same time who knows you better than you yourself do?

When I look at myself in the mirror I see a blond girl with long straight hair, dark eyes and a slender figure. As to my appearance I'm rather tall and slim. I have never thought I'm a beauty, I wish I were more beautiful.

I am not an early bird and early mornings always trouble me. There are a lot of good things in my life: I’ve got the best parents in the world, they are my role models and of course many devoted friends. Friendship is one of the greatest things in the world. Nobody knows how to define it in a proper way. I think that friendship is the highest spiritual achievement of people. I believe that a person can be happy if he has a true friend.

Also, there are many things in our life I like and some I dislike. I like when everything is OK. Being happy is one way of being wise. I like to study because knowledge is useful. I'm fond of reading as it gives not only knowledge, but also wonderful moments of joy and pleasure. I have a good sense of humour. I like good jokes. But of course there are days when everything goes wrong. But I try not to lose my sense of humour and overcome difficulties. I am a great optimist. I always look on the bright side of things. So, my motto is: “Keep smiling!” And really, the world looks brighter behind a smile!

My hobby =) Of course I am interested in English. I am working at my knowledge regularly, not from time to time. It gives me a lot of pleasure. I want to have a good command of English. I want to feel free while communicating with a native speaker. I want to be an interpreter and I think I’ll be, because “Nothing is impossible to a willing heart!”

No doubt my great ambition is to visit the USA and I know – one day it will come true!
